This course is conducted over 3 days:
Part 1: Friday 6.30 to 9.00pm
Part 2: Saturday 2.00 to 4.00pm
Part 3: Sunday 10.00 to 12.00am
This week-end intensive course is suitable if you are new to yoga or if you wish to start again after a long break. Class numbers are kept small to ensure individual focus & personal instruction. This course will introduce you to basic yoga poses, breathing & relaxation. You will learn how to use the props for your own needs and learn about the benefits of yoga postures. Each session ends with deep relaxation. On completion you can move to Level 1 or 2.
