O U R   F O U N D A T I O N   C L A S S E S

START AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH TERM

Our popular Intro courses are suitable if you are new to yoga, have little experience or if you wish to
start again 
after a long break.

We provide individual focus & personal instruction.
These clear, practical and well structured courses, which have been designed and presented over the
past 12 years by our senior teacher and studio owner Corinne Doret, will give you a firm base on which
to grow your own practice.

NOT SUITABLE FOR TEENS. Please see our Teens Yoga page.

3 sessions per week running simultaneously for 6 weeks. Select your preferred day below. Take one class per week, and use the other 2 classes as make up class, or learn faster and attend 2 or 3 classes per week!

  1. continue your practice at Level 1
  2. continue your practice in our "over 59" class (physical/health issue)
  3. finish the term at Beginners Level on Saturday 10.30am & next term repeat the 6-week course or join Level 1.

  • How to set up for relaxation using support
  • Explore and practice basic key postures
  • Intro, demo and practice of deep breathing

I have really enjoyed my beginners course with you. I'd tried yoga in the past and not really enjoyed it. This time I feel I am getting a lot out of it and look forward to class each week.
