This Pelvic Floor Course aims to help you to preserve the health of your pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor is responsible for adequate bladder and anal control, great sensation during intimate moments and stable pelvic organs. Pregnancy and childbirth represent the biggest challenge for this area. Even in the case of a natural, injury free delivery the pelvic floor needs to be kept strong to protect its healthy function well beyond menopause.
Running over two sessions you will:
- Learn a short and simple routine to keep your pelvic floor strong
- Learn how to switch on your pelvic floor muscles during everyday activities
- Learn about your pelvic floor, their functions and requirements to stay healthy
- Understand your pelvic organs and their needs to stay in place
- Learn specific and practical protective pelvic floor habits
- learn how to increase blood circulation to your pelvic floor
- Learn how to protect or improve the positioning of your pelvic organs
- Learn the connection with breathing and healthy pelvic floor
- Learn how to self-examine and detect problems early
- Learn how to nourish your base Chakra
