Hills Yoga has been serving the Hills community since 1999. We have over 40 years of practice and teaching yoga, meditation and specialised classes. We provide a supportive, non-competitive and peaceful space where you can grow, explore and deepen your yoga practice with highly skilled teachers.
My journey with yoga began at Hills Yoga 21 years ago and I can't image going anywhere else! I'm still learning and challenged in the poses. The different levels of classes and dedicated teachers ensure that you gain all the wonderful benefits of yoga in a safe and caring environment.
