Immersion Weekend
RESTART OR SHARPEN YOUR PRACTICE
This Yoga Immersion Weekend is most suitable for regular yoga practitioners who wish to spring back into their practice after a break and to brush up on yoga principles, alignment and techniques.
Also suitable for students who'd like to sharpen their practice!
Adjustment and correction will be provided and use of props as needed.
Course Content:

Flow/Yin - breaking down the practice into parts + rebuilding to a flow (principles/alignment/balance) followed by deep release in Yin

Hatha/Iyengar - exploring + practising key asanas (principles/alignment/precision)

Restoratives/pranayama - restorative asanas + pranayama to calm and restore

AFTER THE COURSE
You will be able to attend weekly classes at your level of practice.
Please note: This is not a course for beginners. If you are new to yoga or have little experience, please book into our 6-week Beginners Course.
