Trial: Trial is only available in the first week of term if places are available. Booking is required and cost is $20 cash.

A non-competitive environment to encourage self-growth, positive self-image, physical & mental relaxation, emotional stability & focus.
This class is to embrace the ups & downs of teenagehood, stress/anxiety around study and exam, to improve sleep, to promote healthy body image and strengthen self-confidence, to improve breathing and posture.
What we do in Teens yoga class
Dynamic Yogic Postures for releasing physical/mental tension, improving flexibility & posture, building strength.
Breathing Practices for better/deeper breathing, calming the mind.
Meditation for stress release, sharper focus, emotional/mental stability.
Relaxation for deep mind/body relaxation.
