Kids Yoga Terms & Conditions

In order to participate in any yoga related sessions, classes, workshops, retreats or any events at Hills Yoga you acknowledge and agree that;

Yoga is safe and beneficial when practiced conscientiously and consciously. Every possible care will be taken by your teacher for your well-being. However they cannot be responsible for improper practice and/or previous injuries at any time. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. Your teacher should be informed before class begins of any recent injury, illness, surgery or commencement of pregnancy.

I understand that yoga includes physical movements and as in the case with any physical activity/sports, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical practitioner prior to beginning yoga. I am fully responsible for my practice and any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation in yoga classes, workshops, retreats or any other events offered by Hills Yoga and its teachers.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may hereafter have against the teachers of Hills Yoga.
