Hills Yoga Castle Hill

In order to participate in any yoga event related sessions, classes, workshops, retreats or any events at Hills Yoga (studio or online) you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions;

Yoga is safe and beneficial when practiced conscientiously and consciously. Every possible care will be taken by your teacher for your wellbeing. However they cannot be responsible for improper practice and/or previous injuries at any time. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. Your teacher should be informed before class begins of any recent injury, illness, surgery or commencement of pregnancy.


You understand that yoga includes physical movements and as in the case with any physical activity/sports, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical practitioner prior to beginning yoga. You are fully responsible for your practice and any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of your participation in yoga classes, workshops, retreats or any other events offered by Hills Yoga and its teachers.

You agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may hereafter have against the teachers of Hills Yoga.



Hills Yoga may at times photogragh an event and may use the photos for advertising material/social media/articles etc…

If you do not wish your face to be shown on photos please email us.



Payments can be made:

  • At the studio by cash, Visa or Mastercards

  • Online by Visa, MasterCard. Paypal option may or may not be available.

Minimum credit card payment is $27.00

When paying at the studio you must make payment before class starts.

Casual rate for a weekly yoga class is $27.00 per student and must be paid at the studio before your class.


Fees for all  Passes (online & studio) are per person.

Class Passes

All Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be shared.

Attendance to classes requires payment or a Pass. If you do not have your Pass or receipt of payment then the Casual rate applies.

Expired Passes are not accepted.

Passes can be used at all our weekly classes. You can make up missed classes within the same Term. 

Passes cannot be used for Events such as, courses, intensives, workshops or special classes. A new payment is required and advised at the time.

​Passes bought online are to be collected at the studio. 

Please show your online receipt to your teacher if your Pass is not yet available.


Refund policy


Term Passes cannot be extended into the following Term and no refunds will be given for unused classes.

In exceptional circumstances (prolonged/serious illness, hospitalisation) alternative arrangements can be made. You will need to contact the office and a medical certificate will be required.


Special notice during covid-19 restrictions

Studio classes must be pre-booked.


You must cancel a pre-booked class if you cannot attend. Students who fail to attend or cancel a class will forfeit their class.

Bookings/cancellations prior to a class can be made via your confirmation email.

The timetable is subject to change depending upon demand.

Online classes

Online classes must not be recorded by students.

Students are asked to keep their video on. Our teaching online is interactive. As in-person classes we pay attention to our students and give verbal adjustment and correction as needed. 

University/TAFE Students


Discounted Passes for UNI/TAFE full-time students are bought in class. A current student id is required.

Cancellations by Hills Yoga

If any Event attracts less than 5 students, or a term class consistently attracts less than 5 students, it may be cancelled. Event participants will be given a full refund and notified by email prior to the event.


In cases of a medical condition, heart/back problems, recent surgery or injury, etc.… it is the responsibility of the student to obtain their doctors approval and clearance before starting yoga or continuing yoga.


Teens are not permitted in our regular weekly classes. Please check our Teens Yoga page.


Students must attend classes at their level of practice. We reserve the rights to ask a new student to drop a level or attend our Beginners course. If you are new to Hills Yoga please check our class levels or call the office for advice.


A place is secured by full payment only prior to any Events starting.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any events that we offer. Once the Event is full no further bookings will be acceptable and a wait list will be available.

Walk-ins will not be accepted. If you have gone past the booking cut off time you may be able to attend if there is space available. Please contact the office. 


Workshops & Intensives are non refundable & non-transferrable.


Courses are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next available course.

Modifications to Services and Prices

Whenever possible students are advised by newsletter of any changes related to classes, events, prices etc... before they are implemented. However we reserve the right at any time and without notice to modify or discontinue a service such as times/days of classes or an event. 

All descriptions of pricing of products or services, replacement or relocation of teachers on our timetable are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of Hills Yoga.

Yoga equipment for sale

We have a no return policy. Yoga props can be purchased at the studio only.

Conditions of Entry

As a condition of entry, Hills Yoga and its teachers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and or participation in any class to any person under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may affect their ability or behavior towards other class members, teachers or visitors, any person whose behavior is disruptive or offensive towards class members, teachers or visitors.
