By booking into any yoga event related sessions, classes, workshops, retreats or any events at Hills Yoga (studio or online) you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions;
Yoga is safe and beneficial when practiced conscientiously and consciously. Every possible care will be taken by your teacher for your wellbeing. However they cannot be responsible for improper practice and/or previous injuries at any time. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. Your teacher should be informed before class begins of any recent injury, illness, surgery or commencement of pregnancy.
You understand that yoga includes physical movements and as in the case with any physical activity/sports, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical practitioner prior to beginning yoga. You confirm that you are not pregnant, injured or suffer from a medical condition, or that you have supplied a medical certificate to state that you are fit to attend any services offered by Hills Yoga. You are fully responsible for your practice and any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of your participation in yoga classes, workshops, retreats or any other events offered by Hills Yoga and its teachers.
You agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may hereafter have against the teachers of Hills Yoga.
Hills Yoga may at times photogragh an event and may use the photos for advertising material/social media/articles etc…
Payments can be made at the studio by cash, Visa or Mastercards. Online by Visa and Mastercard.
Minimum credit card payment is $27.00. When paying at the studio you must make payment before class starts.
Fees for all Passes/events (online & studio) are per person.
Passes are valid for a term. Start and end dates as specified on our Timetable + Fees page and at time of purchase.
Passes and unused classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be shared.
Your Pass can be used for any weekly classes at your level of practice, it cannot be used for events such as, courses, intensives, workshops or special classes.
Bookings & Cancellations
All classes must be pre-booked via your Nabooki confirmation email or Nabooki account.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that other students have a chance to attend. Class cancellations are the student's responsibility and also apply to students using an Unlimited pass.
Class cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to a class via your Nabooki confirmation email or Nabooki account.
(cancellations will NOT be accepted by phone or message). Cancellations within 2 hours from class will not be possible and refund will not be given!
Students who do not attend and fail to cancel a pre-booked class will forfeit their class.
All purchases are final.
Hills Yoga does not offer refunds on services (classes/workshops/courses or any events) for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reasons.
If for any reasons you cannot complete the term or are unable to attend an event we are happy to transfer your pass/booking to a friend or a family member to complete the term.
Hills Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes/events that are late, changed or if you are unable to attend a class because it is full.
It is the responsibility of the student to obtain their doctors approval and clearance before starting yoga or continuing yoga in cases of a medical condition, heart/back problems, recent surgery or injury, etc.…
Teens are not permitted in our regular weekly classes. Please check our Teens Yoga page.
Students must attend classes at their level of practice. We reserve the rights to ask a new student to drop a level or attend our Beginners course. If you are new to Hills Yoga please check our class levels or call the office for advice.
Hills Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
Online classes must not be recorded by students.
A place is secured by full payment only prior to any Events starting. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any events that we offer. Once the Event is full no further bookings will be acceptable and a wait list will be available.
Walk-ins will not be accepted. If you have gone past the booking cut off time you may be able to attend if there is space available. Please contact the office.
Workshops & Courses are non refundable & non-transferrable.

Cancellations By Hills Yoga
If any Event attracts less than 5 students, or a term class consistently attracts less than 5 students, it may be cancelled. Event participants will be given a full refund and notified by email prior to the event.
Modifications To Services & Prices
We endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, however classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Whenever possible students are advised by newsletter of any changes related to classes, events, prices etc... before they are implemented.
We reserve the right at any time and without notice to modify or discontinue a service such as times/days of classes or an event. All descriptions of pricing of products or services, replacement or relocation of teachers on our timetable are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of Hills Yoga.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in studio costs.
Yoga Equipment For Sale
We have a no return policy. Yoga props can be purchased at the studio only.
