Retreat Venue: in Kenthurst, set on 60 acres of bushland. an easy 20 minutes drive from Castle Hill CBD!

First session Friday 4.00pm & last session Sunday 9.30am

​

What's included:

  • 8 sessions of yoga, meditation, pranayama
     

  • 3 delicious healthy vegetarian meals per day: breakfast, lunch & dinner
     

  • 2 nights accommodation with ensuite.  
     

  • Swimming pool, sauna & gym
     

  • Bush walks

WHY RETREAT?

​

Because it's great! It's a chance to recharge your batteries, to detach from everything and be with yourself, a wonderful opportunity to come back to simplicity and get some "me time" away from daily life distractions, pressures, deadlines and stresses. A time to restore your mind and body, to have fun, to be with friends and like minded people, to relax and drop all your concerns, to make space into your mind so you can see things in a clear and new ways.

And if you have been away from your practice it is a great opportunity to rekindle and immerse yourself!
