Hills Yoga is the 2nd longest running yoga schools in the Hills, with 30 years of practice and teaching yoga, meditation and specialised classes. The first yoga school offering pregnancy yoga (since 1999) to the Hills community.

I've attended other studios but the point of difference here is that the teachers come and check and assist your alignment and may even give you the extra nudge in the pose which is always an added bonus. They also have such an array of equipment to use which allows you to deepen your pose!
