Join us for a nurturing 2-hour yoga session designed to support women through peri-menopause and menopause.
This workshop offers a thoughtful and calming sequence of restorative poses and breathwork to address common physical and emotional challenges experienced during this phase of life, including:
• Hot flushes
• Mood changes
• Fatigue and sleep disturbances
• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Joint stiffness & muscle tension
The workshop will explore calming, grounding and restorative asanas and supportive variations to suit a range of needs.
This session will offer tools to ease discomfort and reconnect with your inner balance.
