Mentor-Apprenticeship Program
“A mentor-apprenticeship approach that combines experiential learning, guided self-study,
progressive practicum, and ongoing one-to-one mentorship to develop competent,
reflective and professional yoga teachers.”
200–350 Hours Yoga Teacher Training
About the Program
This mentoring-based teacher training offers a highly personalised and immersive approach to yoga education. Unlike larger, classroom-style trainings that primarily focus on information delivery and peer practice, this program places emphasis on experiential learning, direct participation, guided reflection, and substantial teaching experience within a real class environment.
Limited to a small number of trainees each year, participants work closely and consistently with their mentor through weekly contact, receiving individualised support, constructive feedback, and opportunities for progressive skill development.
The program supports trainees to cultivate a strong personal practice, refine their understanding of technique and alignment, and develop the practical skills required to teach yoga safely, confidently, and professionally.

This program is designed for experienced yoga practitioners with a minimum of five years of established personal practice.
It is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated, capable of independent study and research, organised in their approach, committed to their development, and possess an inquisitive and reflective mind.
