Core and Balance Sequence

This sequence is intended for students with a regular yoga practice and who are already familiar with the poses in this content. Note that only one side of the poses is shown.
You may omit the poses you are not familiar with, or select a set of poses you would like to focus on. You could flow from one pose to the next repeatedly before moving to the next eg: Dog, Plank, Side Plank right, Plank, Side Plank left, Plank, Dog then move to the next pose One Legged Plank etc. You can insert the sequence into a full practice; 1. prep work 2. core balance sequence 3. finishing poses. Be creative!
